- Product & Inventory Data: Photographs, product titles, descriptions, pricing, warranty terms, and condition specifications uploaded to your stall storefront.
- Customer Inquiry Metadata: When buyers click "Chat on WhatsApp" on any product, we track click timestamps and product references to provide anonymous inquiry analytics to stall owners.
- Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and referral sources to prevent fraud, detect malicious bots, and optimize search performance across Nigerian mobile networks.
3 How We Use Your Information

- Facilitating Direct Trade: Connecting buyers directly to stall owners via WhatsApp without holding customer funds or taking transaction commissions.

4 WhatsApp & Third-Party Communications

We encourage all users to retain chat histories and transfer receipts for their personal transaction records.

We retain seller account information for as long as your digital stall remains active. You may request account deactivation and removal of your stall listings at any time by contacting support.
